Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of VerseGPT, the online self-service AI productivity platform powered by the VerseGPT Engine (the “Platform”). VerseGPT is operated by VERSEGPT LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan (company/tax identification number 313372227; “VerseGPT”, “we”, “us” and “our”). These Terms apply when you create an account, access the Platform or use its features.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy published on our website. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you disagree, do not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and permitted to use the Platform under laws applicable to you. We may refuse registration or restrict use where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users or the Platform.
2. Account registration and security
Provide accurate account information, keep it updated, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for authorized activity in your account, subject to applicable law. Do not transfer, sell, share or sublicense account access unless the applicable business plan expressly permits it. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access using the Contact or Support function on the VerseGPT website.
If your organization controls a workspace, its authorized administrators may manage access, roles, purchasing and workspace settings to the extent the Platform permits. Users should follow their organization’s instructions regarding company data and accounts.
3. The software we provide
VerseGPT supplies browser-accessible, customer-operated software for AI-assisted writing, editing, translation, document work, coding assistance and other digital productivity capabilities actually offered in your account or current plan description. Access depends on your purchased plan, available credits, supported technical configurations and reasonable usage or safety limits. Any feature not included in your active plan is not promised by these Terms.
The Platform is a software product, not a promise of personalized human consulting or the delivery of professional services. Any guidance or output generated by the Platform is informational and must be assessed by you before use.
4. Software licence and intellectual property
While you have a valid entitlement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. We and our licensors retain ownership of the Platform, software, trademarks, interfaces, service documentation and associated technology. No source code, trademarks or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated.
You retain any rights you hold in material you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, reproduce, transmit, process and transform that material only as needed to operate the requested features, protect the Platform, meet legal obligations and perform the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, applicable law and third-party rights, you may use or distribute outputs generated for you. AI-generated results may not be unique, accurate or eligible for exclusive intellectual property protection. We do not warrant that an output will be original or free of third-party claims.
5. Purchases, prices and recurring billing
The applicable product page and checkout disclose the selected plan, price, currency, billing frequency, included usage allowance, any free trial, any applicable taxes and the terms of automatic renewal before payment. A paid subscription renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. A free account does not become a paid plan without your affirmative purchase.
Checkout and payment processing may be performed by an authorized independent payment partner, including a partner acting as the merchant of record. The seller of record and any purchase-specific terms presented at checkout govern the purchase transaction alongside mandatory consumer law. These Terms govern your use of our software and do not override rights provided by the seller of record or applicable law.
We will not charge you merely because you exhaust your included credits. Additional paid entitlements, if available, require a separate affirmative purchase or another billing arrangement clearly accepted by you. Price or plan changes take effect according to the purchasing terms and any notice or consent that applicable law requires.
6. Subscriptions, cancellation and access
You may turn off future renewals through the subscription-management mechanism made available in your account or through the billing-management access provided for your purchase. Cancellation stops future recurring charges after it takes effect; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Unless required otherwise by law, an already-paid plan remains accessible through the paid period, subject to reasonable security restrictions and any related refunded or reversed payment. Access ends when the entitlement expires.
If a renewal payment fails, access and retry timing will follow the applicable subscription status, billing arrangement and any mandatory notice requirements. You can request billing assistance using the Contact or Support function on the VerseGPT website.
7. Usage credits and limits
Some plans include prepaid, non-cash usage credits representing permission to consume eligible software functions. Credits are not deposits, legal tender, transferable money or redeemable for cash. Plans, credit allocations, usage rules and any per-operation credit quote or metering description are displayed in the Platform or product details before purchase or use, as applicable.
Included subscription credits reset at the end of the applicable billing period unless the plan description expressly provides for rollover. Where separately purchased credit packs are available, their amount, price and any expiration or applicability restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. Separately purchased credits are accounted for independently from monthly plan allocations. We will not silently convert a credit balance into an extra payment or permit negative balances to trigger undisclosed automatic charges.
Credits may be deducted for chargeable work that has actually been initiated or completed under the relevant metering rules. Pausing a task prevents new processing while paused but does not reverse legitimately incurred processing charges before the pause. We may correct proven metering or accounting errors and will provide a means to report an incorrect debit.
8. Acceptable use and content responsibilities
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; mislead, defraud, threaten or harm others; interfere with networks or accounts; conduct unauthorized access; circumvent safeguards, quotas or billing controls; or submit material you have no right to process. You are responsible for obtaining required rights and notices before uploading third-party information, documents, images or other content.
We may block particular inputs, outputs or features, suspend processing, or restrict accounts when reasonably needed to address security, misuse, legal obligations, provider restrictions or violations of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.
9. AI accuracy, third parties and user review
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They may also resemble outputs received by other users. You must independently check material facts, code, citations, rights and suitability before relying on or publishing an output, particularly for decisions involving legal, medical, safety or financial consequences.
The Platform may rely on hosting, AI-processing, connectivity and other technology suppliers to operate user-requested functions. Technical availability, usage conditions and processing of personal information by those suppliers are addressed, as applicable, in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability, support and changes
We may carry out maintenance, correct defects, change supported models, improve features and implement reasonable protective measures. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular output quality. We will provide legally required advance notice of changes that materially affect your rights or paid entitlements.
Support, account questions, security incidents and complaints may be submitted through the Contact or Support function on the VerseGPT website. We will handle requests within a reasonable time based on their nature and applicable obligations.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, serious misuse, unresolved security threats, valid legal obligations or expiration of a paid entitlement. We will exercise these rights proportionately and consistently with mandatory law. You may stop using the Platform and request closure of your account at any time. Closure does not itself cancel an active recurring purchase; use the cancellation method described above.
After account closure, personal information and uploaded content are handled under the Privacy Policy, subject to legally required retention, resolution of disputes and necessary records of purchases or misuse.
12. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that any particular result will meet your goals. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability limitation is subject to non-waivable consumer protections and legal remedies under the law applicable to your claim.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except where mandatory consumer, data protection or other applicable law gives you additional or different rights. Disputes may be brought before courts or competent authorities as permitted by applicable jurisdictional rules. Nothing here requires you to surrender a legally protected right to seek relief in another competent forum.
Please contact us first through the website’s Contact or Support function so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
14. Changes and entire agreement
We may revise these Terms when the Platform, law or operating requirements change. The revised version will display its revision date, and material changes will be notified as required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under the terms governing an earlier purchase. These Terms, together with the published Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and disclosures accepted for your specific purchase, govern your use of the Platform; mandatory laws prevail where applicable.
15. Contact
The Platform operator is VERSEGPT LLC, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, company/tax identification number 313372227. For contractual notices, support or complaints, use the Contact or Support function accessible from the VerseGPT website. Requests relating to personal information may be submitted through the same channel and marked “Privacy Request”.
